Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel II - Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-house legal counsel on procurement/vendor agreements, acquisitions, and joint ventures
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
• Negotiate, draft, and review complex contracts and documents

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 5-7 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, preferably with healthcare law experience
• Valid, active license to practice law in the United States
• Strong drafting and contracting skills
• Experience in counseling clients on outsourcing and commercial agreements
