A company is looking for a Tax Expert (Seasonal) to provide customer support and tax preparation services remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via video, phone, and chat for tax return inquiries
• Create an excellent customer experience by utilizing tax preparation expertise
• Document all customer interactions and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney license with an active PTIN
• 2+ years of experience preparing and filing individual (1040) tax returns
• Strong technical skills in professional tax software and Microsoft 365
• Access to a dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection
• Personal computer required for administrative tasks
