Patient Coordinator - TN Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Coordinator to join their Marketing team in Nashville.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective patients to explain services, verify coverage, and assist with onboarding
• Act as a liaison between enrolled patients and assigned pharmacy partners
• Organize and track patient progress through the onboarding process

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in healthcare, social work, or customer care/service
• Pharmacy, social work, or healthcare experience is a plus
• Experience using a CRM is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment
• Call center experience preferred
