Coach, mentor, and manage a sales team of 7-10 Account Executives to maximize subscription-based ARR
Collaborate with sales leaders to define and execute the optimal sales process for target markets
Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaboration with Business Development, Marketing, and Alliances teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing a field sales team in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
Proven success in managing sales of cross-departmental iPaaS solutions to new customers
Experience engaging with a partner ecosystem to enhance customer value
Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise eCommerce or high-growth SaaS companies is a plus
