Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (Boat Insurance) to handle high volumes of sales inquiries and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone inquiries and make outgoing calls to qualified leads to meet sales goals
• Provide administrative support, including managing calls, running reports, and maintaining agency reputation
• Assist customers with inquiries, manage account renewals, and promote the company's brand through marketing activities

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of insurance industry experience in client-facing roles; knowledge of boats is a plus
• Active P&C insurance license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office applications
