A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Performance Analyst to support revenue cycle leadership by analyzing data to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data and trends to identify revenue cycle bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
  • Summarize information and prepare presentation materials to support revenue cycle management leadership
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance revenue cycle performance and monitor resolutions to optimize processes
Required Qualifications
  • High proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets
  • Experience with revenue cycle management data elements and workflows
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Understanding of denial data and CARC/RARC category assignments
  • EPIC experience is preferred
