Head of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain updated rolling forecasts
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop financial plans and optimize investments
• Drive key financial initiatives, including pricing strategy and customer acquisition ROI analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience in high-growth SaaS or venture-backed tech environments
• Proven ability to lead financial planning processes and build executive-level financial models
• Experience supporting fundraising, board reporting, or M&A is a strong plus
• Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and business models
