Fintech Financial Controls Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fintech Financial Controls Manager III.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a framework for managing Fintech partnerships, ensuring compliance with financial reporting and risk management standards
• Lead strategic projects related to Fintech partner policies, risk identification, and control implementation
• Manage contractors to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, financial controls, and risk management, preferably in Fintech or financial services
• Strong knowledge of SOX 404 regulations and internal controls
• Proficiency in financial reporting systems and data analysis software, including advanced Microsoft Excel
• Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CCS, CIA, CICA, CPA, CFA) preferred
