Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Support Representative - Phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences and troubleshoot basic technical problems primarily through phone communication
• Assist customers with Schlage product issues and guide them through installation and setup inquiries
• Communicate customer feedback and case drivers to internal stakeholders to ensure swift resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate's degree is preferred
• 1+ years' experience handling high-volume inquiries
• Ability to type 55 wpm, corrected speed
• Familiarity with PC-based software applications and smart device applications preferred
