Job Description:
We’re hiring driven, phone-first recruiters who can dial at scale and stay sharp across hundreds of conversations per week. If you’ve worked in a call center, outbound sales, recruiting, or collections, and you’re comfortable making 250–300+ outbound dials per day, this could be the opportunity that finally pays you what you’re worth.
This is a remote W2 position with a base salary, bonus potential, and long-term residual earnings. You’ll be joining a team focused on outreach and relationship-building, with a clear path for growth and strong income potential.
Responsibilities:
• Make 250–300+ outbound calls daily using our auto dialer
• Track lead interactions and follow-ups using our CRM
• Maintain daily and weekly recruiting activity targets
• Stay consistent, coachable, and confident on the phone
Requirements:
• Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling
• Background in call centers, recruiting, phone sales, insurance, or collections
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Comfortable using CRMs and dialer tools
• Must have a personal computer, reliable headset, and strong internet
• Available Mon–Thurs 10am–7pm EST, Fri 10am–2pm EST
