Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday for business process configuration and administration
• Facilitate meetings to determine business needs and conduct feasibility studies
• Support global data integrity management and prepare test scripts for new system functionality

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years of functional HR experience
• Experience with Workday HRMS is required
• Professional certificates may be required for the position
• Strong knowledge of Workday configurations and integration concepts
