We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Live Chat Support Agent to join our remote support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via live chat, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, friendly, and efficient customer experience.
This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling, making it ideal for self-starters who are organized, empathetic, and enjoy helping others.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
• Troubleshoot basic product or service issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings and meet performance KPIs.
• Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the system.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, procedures, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer support or a related role (live chat experience preferred).
• Excellent written communication skills in English (multilingual a plus).
• Comfortable using customer service software, CRM systems, and chat platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High-speed internet connection and reliable computer setup.
