• Ensure timely execution of tasks while fostering strong relationships with partners

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in conflict resolution
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cross-functional team collaboration
• Experience managing multiple conversations simultaneously
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
• Proven ability to document cases clearly for diverse audiences
