Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in MSP/MSSP and IT support
• 1-2 years of IT sales experience
• Experience supporting businesses for 3-5 years
• 2-3 years of remote/hybrid work experience
• AS/BS degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
