Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admission Team Lead to manage a team of admission counselors and oversee student enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish performance goals and evaluate employee performance while providing coaching and corrective action
• Track team performance metrics and report insights to management to assess progress toward goals
• Conduct team meetings and support Admission Counselors in addressing applicant inquiries and complaints

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 1-2 years in higher education admissions
• One year of experience leading teams, projects, or initiatives
