Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training to internal and external customers, focusing on systems, new hires, and community engagement
• Collaborate with team leadership to streamline training materials and provide administrative support
• Act as a producer during virtual training sessions by managing chats, breakout groups, and polls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Clinical licensure required (RN, LCSW, LSW, LPC)
• 1-3 years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, and virtual classroom management
• 3-5 years of experience in a clinical environment (Homecare, DME, Long-term Care, Hospital)
• CCM certification preferred
