A company is looking for a Director of Partner Success to lead strategy and execution for K-12 school and district partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive partner success strategy throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring engagement and desired outcomes
• Develop and implement a strategic playbook for partner success, building necessary processes for long-term success
• Lead and manage a team of Partner Success Managers, focusing on execution excellence and account growth

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading a high-performing partner/customer success team of 6 or more
• 7+ years of experience in the K-12 education technology sector
• Proven record in customer lifecycle management with high renewal and expansion rates
• Strong ability to build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
• Data-savvy with experience using tools like Salesforce and Google Sheets for decision-making
