Job Summary

A company is looking for a School Success Manager to ensure the successful implementation of college credit-bearing courses in high schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with high school partners to facilitate effective implementation of the educational model
• Support the implementation of college credit-bearing courses, including technical assistance and progress updates
• Expand offerings within existing schools and manage communication with administrators regarding opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience required
• Teaching and/or education program management experience highly valued
• Deep understanding of dual-enrollment, early college, and college access
• Commitment to driving equitable educational outcomes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
