Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rehabilitation Program Coordinator - Outpatient.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for patients transitioning from acute care or inpatient rehab to outpatient services
• Support clinical teams by assisting with complex issues, delegating tasks, and providing performance feedback
• Manage the EPIC Scheduled Order Work Queue and ensure compliance with insurance requirements and policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in a complex medical environment
• Solid knowledge of various insurance coverages
• Proven ability to network and problem-solve with stakeholders
• Understanding of healthcare industry and pre-service/insurance applications
