Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Patent Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patent prosecution docket, including preparation and prosecution of high-quality patent applications
• Execute all aspects of patent prosecution, including drafting office action responses and conducting examiner interviews
• Evaluate patentability of innovations and develop strategies for protecting company innovations through patents

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• 5 or more years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution (Preferred)
• Experience in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or related fields
• Familiarity with filing patent application documentation with the USPTO
• Strong technical background in both hardware and software
