A company is looking for a Cyber Claims Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the litigation process for claims to minimize company risk of loss
• Analyze coverage issues, conduct investigations, and evaluate to determine validity of moderately complex claims
• Prepare and draft moderately complex legal correspondence and maintain claim files

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) degree or equivalent education and/or experience
• Required licensure to practice law in applicable state jurisdiction(s)
• 2 years of relevant legal and/or professional experience in insurance claims
