Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Associate responsible for promoting real estate opportunities and assisting in acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact landlords and assist Real Estate Acquisition Specialists with Ground Lease Buyouts or Extensions
• Manage a portfolio of tower sites and maintain accurate site notes using CRM software
• Provide excellent customer service and develop relationships with customers to promote acquisition programs

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in real estate
