• Lead a team focused on selling the Connected Worker platform and coach on complex sales cases
• Build strategic relationships with sales leadership to develop plans that maximize revenue
• Manage the sales team budget and P&L growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales management within the software industry
• Experience managing a sales quota of over $5 million
• Deep understanding of frontline workforce challenges and compliance-driven buying centers
• 11+ years of progressive experience with 6+ years in managing multi-discipline teams
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience); Master's degree preferred
