Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Provider Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and guidance to the provider enrollment team, assigning tasks and monitoring workload
• Manage the completion and submission of provider enrollment applications to Medicare and Medicaid
• Oversee process management to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in enrollment activities

Required Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of provider enrollment or credentialing experience in a healthcare setting
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• Strong understanding of provider enrollment processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Proficiency in healthcare systems (e.g., CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, credentialing databases)
