A company is looking for a Director of Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Enterprise Privacy Program and serve as the Enterprise Privacy Officer
• Direct compliance with domestic and international privacy laws and regulations
• Lead a team to address privacy needs and implement corrective action plans for privacy incidents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience in privacy functions
• Proven expertise in privacy matters and integration into business processes
• General understanding of adtech, AI, and relevant technologies
• Ability to develop strategic plans for the maturation of the privacy program
