Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Labor and Legal Investigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct objective internal investigations regarding allegations of pay discrimination based on gender
• Collect and analyze facts through witness interviews, documentation, and review of company guidelines
• Determine compliance with company guidelines and identify any violations

Required Qualifications

• BA/MA/JD with 6-9 years of experience in handling complex employment investigations
• Substantive knowledge of US federal and state labor and employment laws
• Demonstrated investigation and analytical skills, including handling sensitive information
• Ability to identify risks and propose alternative solutions
• Experience in employment law
