A company is looking for a Litigation Associate to join their remote team in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of medical malpractice, insurance defense, or Lemon Law litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed in California
• 2+ years of experience in medical malpractice, insurance defense, or general civil litigation
• Prior experience in trials is a major plus
