Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Business Applications Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of the StepWise software platform, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Oversee configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of StepWise, while providing technical leadership to project teams
• Analyze business problems and opportunities, developing and implementing solutions while coordinating with junior staff members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree
• Expertise in rating systems and hands-on experience with Excel models and SQL-based systems
• Understanding of healthcare payer industry issues and their impacts
• Experience with StepWise Software and application configuration
