Act as primary sales operations business partner to the AMER Enterprise sales teams
Monitor and analyze foundational sales metrics reporting to identify and close performance gaps
Support fiscal year planning, target setting, compensation validation, and ad-hoc analytics
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, Business Operations, or Analytics within a B2B company or strategy consulting environment
Strong desire to execute and drive impact with various projects
Comfort operating independently in a dynamic environment with multiple teams
Ability to build detailed capacity and forecast models using reporting tools, Excel, and Google Sheets
Strong familiarity with CRM data structure, reporting, and analysis
