Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Payroll Consultant I (Remote).

  • Provide expertise and guidance in reporting payroll information for various retirement plan types
  • Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing their concerns
  • Meet or exceed service level agreements while providing timely assistance to clients
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Insurance, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4 years of retirement plan experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of retirement plan administration concepts and procedures
  • Completion of RPF and achievement of QKA through DC-1 and DC-2
