FINRA Licensed Launch Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Launch Specialist responsible for overseeing the launch process for new financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the onboarding process for new financial advisors, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures
• Establish relationships with new financial advisors, providing support and monitoring their progress during the first six months
• Coordinate training programs and manage communication between new advisors and leadership to enhance the onboarding experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of industry experience preferred, particularly in sales and coaching
• Experience in managing multiple projects and fostering staff relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
• FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required or to be obtained within 90 days
