Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Premium Accounting Coordinator, Accounting Service and Resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers via the call center
  • Independently resolve customer inquiries timely and accurately while maintaining strong relationships
  • Complete processes and maintain records according to standard operating procedures and internal controls
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Experience in premium accounting, customer service, brokerage, or other insurance-related functions is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume position with a customer service focus
  • Organizational skills and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a remote team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
