Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to oversee financial and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash management
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and regulatory compliance
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Proven leadership skills in managing and developing high-performing teams
