A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to shape and execute media strategies across Meta and TikTok platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of paid social specialists, fostering a collaborative environment
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization on Meta and TikTok platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in paid social advertising
• 3+ years of experience in an agency setting
• Experience managing a budget of $300K+/month in performance spend
• Managed individual accounts with a minimum monthly spend of $100,000 and a ROAS of 6:1 over three consecutive quarters
• 1+ years of experience managing 2+ performance marketers (preferred)
