A company is looking for a Junior Media Buyer to join their Performance Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and monitor paid social campaigns primarily on Meta to meet performance targets
• Analyze metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and revenue to identify opportunities for real-time optimizations
• Use performance data to guide budget scaling decisions while ensuring campaign efficiency

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager (internships, agency, or brand-side accepted)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
• Familiarity with paid social KPIs, bidding strategies, and media buying fundamentals
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign tracking and reporting
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
