Job Summary

A company is looking for an Email Marketing Executive to own and scale retention revenue through advanced Klaviyo strategies and performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and deploy 8-12 campaign emails monthly, ensuring timely execution
• Audit, build, and optimize automation flows while managing audience segmentation
• Deliver weekly performance reports and collaborate with internal and client teams

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retention/email marketing or digital campaign execution
• Proven success using Klaviyo; experience with HubSpot or Mailchimp is a bonus
• Strong understanding of email/SMS automation flows and segmentation
• Experience in eCommerce, preferably with US, AU, or EU markets
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred for email troubleshooting and customization
