Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist - Individual Contributor.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze solicitation requirements and develop compliance matrices
• Create annotated proposal outlines and contribute to writing/editing efforts
• Assist with developing and maintaining a centralized best content proposal library

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or English preferred, or 1-3 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
• Experience with Adobe InDesign is desirable
• Detail-oriented with exceptional document formatting and organization skills
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
