Pennsylvania Licensed RN Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Critical Incident Management Unit Supervisor (Quality Improvement Coordinator).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Quality Management Program reports and recommend corrective actions
• Review, process, and close medical/health care related incidents in the Enterprise Incident Management system
• Serve as a technical resource for health/medical issues and conduct investigations as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Current and valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional clinical experience
• At least two (2) years of quality improvement experience within a formal quality management program
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience
• Strong computer expertise, including word processing and database management
