Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Call Center Representative (Must be Local to Buffalo, NY).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide members through benefits enrollment and assist with updates to health and/or pension plans
• Deliver personalized support via phone, email, and webchat, prioritizing quality service
• Interpret plan documents and explain them in simple, easy-to-understand language

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required
• Tech-savvy with basic computer proficiency
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or French is encouraged, with additional pay for bilingual skills
