Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist III responsible for managing payroll functions for corporate and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process complete payroll functions, including entering timesheet information and auditing payroll reports for accuracy
  • Create payroll-related reports for Finance and HR, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations
  • Manage year-end responsibilities and serve as a subject matter expert on payroll-related projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Six (6) years plus of payroll experience in a multi-state environment
  • Payroll software experience required, specifically with ADP Work Force Now
  • Accounting experience preferred
  • Certification in Payroll Administration preferred
