Key Responsibilities

• Provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients
• Review tax returns and manage complex projects involving client communication and resource coordination
• Mentor junior staff and educate on tax laws and regulations related to nonprofits and private foundations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Accounting, with prior manager-level experience
• Active CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) license
• 6+ years of experience with private foundations and nonprofits
• Experience supervising tax professionals
• Strong client service orientation
