Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for the United States and international locations
• Manage and mentor a team of Payroll Specialists, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations
• Research and advise on complex payroll and taxation issues, maintaining compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive payroll experience
• 2-3 years of people management experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Strong knowledge of IRS and international taxation rules
• Experience with payroll systems, specifically Workday, and familiarity with ADP, Cloudpay, and NetSuite is a plus
