A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Reconciliation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide backup support for team members and manage daily validation tasks and reconciliation cases
• Assist in researching out-of-balance issues and contribute to project plans for tax balancing
• Conduct team check-ins, provide coaching, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years managing payroll or payroll tax operations
• Experience with ACH payment methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Customer-focused approach
