Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Lead to support the Sales process and maintain payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales process by sharing payroll practices and legislative requirements
• Collaborate with the technical team to maintain payroll solutions
• Process payroll end-to-end according to defined standards and client requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a SAP Consultant with knowledge of payroll in Mexico
• Strong understanding of Mexican legislation related to payroll
• Experience in leading complex project implementations
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
