Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People to lead its People function during a phase of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and scale a talent acquisition strategy to grow the company from ~50 to 150+ employees
  • Implement and optimize HR tech systems and processes for onboarding, performance management, and compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to design and optimize HRIS, ATS, and performance frameworks
  • Experience embedding culture and managing internal communications at scale
  • Strong partnership with executives and ability to navigate organizational challenges
  • Experience operating in hypergrowth environments with a focus on high-quality work
