Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound welcome calls to patients and complete 40+ enrollments per week
• Maintain accurate records and schedule Welcome Calls with Care Counselors within 2 business days of enrollment
• Review patient eligibility and escalate clinical questions to the appropriate care team

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service, medical front desk, or call center
• Strong phone communication skills and confidence in discussing healthcare programs
• Highly organized and comfortable managing time-sensitive tasks and high call volume
• Tech-savvy with experience in EHR platforms, CRMs, or scheduling tools
• Bilingual (Spanish or Russian) is a plus
