Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
• Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
• Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing and deciding on case management strategies

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
• Licenses: Active RN license in California and a Compact state, in good standing
• Internet: Reliable internet connection required
