Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Representative, Provider Services - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider training and network development while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Serve as the primary contact for high-priority providers, educating and engaging them as partners
• Resolve complex provider issues and provide training to other Provider Services Representatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in provider contract, network development, or project management
• 3 - 5 years of customer service or provider service experience in a managed care setting
• 5 years of experience in provider contract negotiations in a managed healthcare setting
• Familiarity with managed healthcare provider compensation methodologies, especially in Medicaid and Medicare
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree and 5+ years of experience in managed healthcare administration
