Senior Analyst, Lead to Cash PMO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Lead to Cash PMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Program Manager in driving program plans and ensuring smooth delivery of business solutions
• Perform root cause and business process analysis, documenting business requirements and process documentation
• Plan and lead UAT business cycles, managing multiple projects with varying complexity and risk

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in business process analysis and project management
• Experience with PMO best practices and familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Understanding of Lead to Cash processes and technologies
• Proficiency in Salesforce as a user or administrator
• High proficiency in analysis and productivity tools such as Google Suite, Smartsheet, and Tableau
