Energy Community Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst to support the development and implementation of programs for energy communities transitioning from fossil fuels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and facilitate roundtable discussions with government leaders and stakeholders
• Assist in research and analysis of community assets related to energy transition and economic opportunities
• Document and present findings while collaborating with investors and business leaders to highlight community strengths

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of technical work experience in climate change, energy transition, or related fields
• Master's degree in environmental policy, public policy, or equivalent work experience preferred
• Demonstrable understanding of working with communities and local governments on economic development
• Experience in developing partnerships and conducting outreach to stakeholders
• Work authorization in the US is required
